Russia’s Investigative Committee announced the arrest of a citizen of Uzbekistan for a terrorist attack in Moscow that killed general Igor Kirillov and his assistant. Authorities claim the suspect confessed during interrogation to being “recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services”.
